But there is another website http://reduze.org/ indicating nothing is so magical in life. There is a small print that states “regular exercise and dieting is required to lose weight”

Ultimately it is all about intake and output.

So if you want to slim down without exercising and still enjoy good food, then there are still ways for doing achieving your goals.

First: Let's face the reality. Exercising is a chore. Read this print "It is a chore if you have to deliberately and consciously take the effort and time to be active"
However, if your lifestyle is one that is quite active, meaning have to walk alot, climb stairs alot, then you do not realise how many calories you have burn by performing all these activities.

Make exercising a part of your lifestyle. Bring your children out for a walk. Walk to do errands. Enjoy housework (it needs to get done!).

Stop getting someone else to do the work for you =)

Second: Let's face the reality. Singapore is a food heaven. We are so much choices on the different delicacies every day, WHOLE DAY!. Well, few ways to do this. Take small portions would be good. Also try to keep the stomach half full after meals. This helps to keep your meal portion sufficient for your body's need.

Some tips to enjoy.

Not being a skeptic here... We get big when what goes in is too much than what comes out... Perhaps the question could be how to get motivated to get our body moving. Like taking the stairs, get a bunch of active friends/ some kind of social group doing some kinda sport?

Unfortunately, the reality is alot of people don't want to take stairs, or do anything that breaks a sweat!

There is no such thing as losing weight without diet and exercise. Its the part and parcel of losing weight safely and effectively. Its an all or non equation, either you eat a healthy diet and do exercise regularly or not do it at all. You cannot excel in dieting while you remain sedentary and not do exercise. One cannot be descipline in his exercise and yet eat all the food not stop. In order to really shed weight and to keep it, a person need to change his lifestyle as a whole. Its not an easy task but if a person is determine, nothing is impossible.

A lot of slimming centres promise us a good physique and a better you, but the thing is, will the weight stay off their body? or will it just yoyo up and down. Losing is not the issue here, but keeping the weight, after you lose it.

what about that slimming pills that TV advertisements had been regularly showing?

Just pop a few pills sounds quite easy to lose weight?
